Miracle Coating (Al,Ti)N

Miracle coating which leads high speed milling.

Al added existing TiN coating makes Miracle coating. It is a new coating which consists of the compound solid solution of (Al,Ti)N layer. Succeeded in improving the heat resistance at processing in addition to high hardness. High performance is demonstrated in high hardness material cutting and high-speed, dry cutting.
