Newly Developed Miracle Coating
Miracle Coating Evolution for High Precision Milling
To meet the needs of high precision milling, "Newly Developed Miracle Coating" has improved its wear and heat resistance. Also, it has achieved to possess excellent lubrication properties and reduced cutting force against hardened steel due to the low friction coefficient at elevatated temperature. These excellent properties make it possible that smooth wear pattern at the cutting edge is formed and high precision shape of tools maintain for long cutting time. This coating is applied to high precision ball nose endmill "MIRACLE NOVA".
