UP PROCESS
  • UP process is the low temperature coating technology by using PVD coating developed by MITSUBISHI MATERIALS.
  • UP process is conducted at a low temperature(500°C)therefore offering a coating that supplies a high hardened TiN coating without softering or deforming or substrate.
APPLICABLE TO WIDE RAGE OF TOOLS

Drill,Endmill,Reamer,Tap,Hob,Other HSS Tools

  • Note
    UP process is not applicable to:
    1)Workpiece in tust,or already surface treated.
    2)Tool materials other than HSS, cemented carbide and cermet.
